1. The Tropical Liqueurs-Guerrilla Street Food partnership at 4104 Manchester Ave. in The Grove is within sight of its opening day. Trops co-owner Billy Thompson said he hopes final inspections take place early this month. After that, the space will be home to a full array of boozy frozen libations and Filipino-inspired fare.
2. Forthcoming Rockwell Beer Co. added a key team member to its ranks. Jonathan Moxey, who most recently was a brewer at Perennial Artisan Ales, has been tapped as Rockwell Beer Co. head brewer. His last day at Perennial was Friday, April 27.
3. Cork & Barrel owners Jill and Joel Ragan are heading west with their next restaurant. 909 Public House will open in mid-June at 909 Main Plaza Drive in Wentzville.
4. Jordan and Kayla Bauer will open Hello Juice & Smoothie, a brick-and-mortar location of their former pop-up-style setup, early this summer at 1000 S. Newstead Ave. in the Grove.
