AD SPECS
- DEADLINE: Camera-ready ads are due no later than the 10th of the month and creative ads, copy and artwork are due no later than the 5th of the month prior to publication date.
- PREPARE: All print ads must be high quality printouts or electronic files created in Photoshop or Illustrator. No Quark, Word, Corel or Publisher files accepted. Ads must be 200 DPI & CMYK.
- SAVE: Save files in .tif, .eps, or .pdf format.

- DOUBLE CHECK: Please be sure that all ads are sized exactly without bleeds and with a border.
Hard copy ads provided will run as is. Sauce will not be responsible for poor ad reproduction. Extra charges apply to all reworked ads. Sauce production starts at $45.

ADVERTISING POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS
- Prepayment is required for first time advertisers.
- Accounts are billed monthly and due on receipt. 1.5% late fee and/or additional penalties will apply to past due accounts.
- The entire cost of a special section ad will be billed to clients who do not cancel their ads in writing by the 5th day of the month prior to publication date.
- Sauce reserves the right to refuse any advertising deemed inappropriate by management.

- Cancellation of open ads and insertion orders: Written notification to publisher no later than the 5th day of the month prior to publication date.
- Cancellation of multiple issue ads: Written notification to publisher must be received no later than 2 months prior to publication date.
