Mia Rosa, brought to The Grove neighborhood by Chef Philip Noe, is a rustic coastal Italian restaurant named after Philip's mother whose family has lived and worked in The Grove neighborhood for the past 135 years. Serving Cicchetti [similiar to Italian Tapas] and a variety of coastal cuisine, Mia Rosa's menu will change monthly to provide patrons with fresh, innovative dishes.
