Some sweet news about the second Pi, set to open next month in Kirkwood: The pizzeria will include a milkshake bar with shakes, sundaes and other treats created by Mathew Rice of Niche Restaurant, who consulted on the project. “There will be lots of familiar combos that people will know from Niche, like s’mores, malted milk chocolate, takes on candy,” Rice said. Also collaborating on the milkshake bar is Beckie Jacobs of Dipity Ice Cream, who will be making custom ice cream flavors.

I had some Dipity ice cream (I think that’s what it was called) at SqWires – in Lafayette Square.
So delicious and now I’m wondering where I can go buy some more of that. So delicious!
