Diners in search of Asian eats at Wang Gang will soon need to head to a different location. The restaurant, voted a Readers’ Choice favorite in 2011 and 2012, is relocating to 1035 Century Drive in Edwardsville, Ill., formerly home to Bully’s Smokehouse. Wang Gang, which is currently still operating at its current location at 4 Club Centre Drive, is expected to open doors at its new location during the last week of May.

News of the Wang Gang move comes on the heels of other restaurant action in Edwardsville. Yesterday, we reported that the recently relocated Olive Oils & More was now open at its new home in the Park Plaza Center in downtown Edwardsville. We also received word that Mike Shannon’s Grill will open doors beginning this Friday at 871 South Arbor Vitae. Initial dining hours will begin daily at 4 p.m. Lunch service will be added at a later date.
