The show was great. Anthony shared stories from his professional life as well as his personal life. I was filled with comedy and truths about the cooking world. The event was a little bit unorganized, in terms of the book signing and long lines and such, but it was nice to finally have a celebrity chef in st. louis talk to us. I did contact his production company and even though they agreed to make me a fixer, if there ever will be a St. Louis show, he skirted the issue when asked again. I fear that he and his production company still view st. louis as nothing more than a fly-over city.
