As my goal to experience every Japanese restaurant in the St. Louis area, I rank WASABI a 4 out of 5 stars. The fact that the sushi is served on Japanese fishing boats contrary to traditional dinnerware made the ambiance so much more unique. They provide menus with detailed pictures so that you know exactly what you are getting. Although my experience at Sub Zero ranked 5 out of 5, no one can match WASABI's wasabi sauce. They have the most powerful wasabi!
