Last night was the 1st and only dining experience at Frankie Tocco's Pizzeria in St. Charles, MO. My experience was thoroughly disappointing and it had nothing to do with the food. Last night I entered and was promptly seated in the first booth near the door at 7:30pm. My order was place within 3 - 5mins. a few mins later, at 7:40pm the waitress locked the front door. Less than 2mins of her doing so, a middle aged gentleman with his wife (confined to a wheelchair) came to the locked door.
