If you are tired of the same old pizza toppings, try Katie's. The fingerling potato pizza is a carb lover's heaven. The toasted ravioli is also a nice take with a little gorgonzola and pesto. I also love the fried artichoke salad which is big enough to share and served with warm goat cheese and pistachios. Service is not great, but certainly not bad. The ambiance is quirky and hip. Definitely a fun place for a stress-free first date!

I love the food at this place! But I agree with others that the service is bad enough to keep me away. Met a friend there after work, we were the only 2 people in the place. We sat and waited while the servers talked about their boyfriends! First while standing in front of us, then they went into the kitchen, and we continued to wait. The weekend lunch staff seem to do a better job. For week nights, I think I'd rather get their carry out or delivery and save myself some frustration.

Katie's menu is interesting and complete, so many great flavors and ingredients. The service does leave room for improvement, a bit slow at times. One time we were forgotten at a front table watching others who came in after us be served. However, Katie's rectified the situation and treated us to free toasted ravioli. Delicious! The pesto sauce was amazing too. We love this neighborhood eatery and its relaxed yet chic atmosphere. We will definitely continue to frequent Katie's.

Katie's has great food, but the service is abysmal. We've been going there since day 1--customers that helped build Katie's into what it is--and service has only gotten worse. The staff is inattentive, forgetful, and even unpleasant. Twice they've lost my reservations. The restaurant is supposedly open until midnight, but we've tried multiple time to visit around 10 and they've been closed. We used to go despite this for the food, but now that prices have risen dramatically, we won't be back.

Been to Katie's three times. LOVE the food. Each time it was amazing. Now, there is a MAJOR problem that Katie has got to address or she is going to loose her booming business quick: SERVICE IS AWFUL! There are several comments on the internet about the poor service, and I got a touch of it the second time we went. Last night though, was beyond awful. To top it off, it was the same little attitude ridden girl both times. When you have reservations, honor them, Dont try to move me around.
