I went to the CWE location last night (and had a salad at the Kirkwood location 3 weeks ago). Not sure where all the negative comments are coming from regarding service. At both locations we had friendly, non-obtrusive, great service. That is the norm, not the exception, for me. We each had a tasty salad and the pizza was to die for. I'm a chicken lover so we had the East Loop and Bucktown (deep dish) which I would highly recommend.

After reading the other comments my wife and I were a little skeptical about eating At Pi but I will say our service was good. The food was good but not great. Had better pizza at other places and the app's were so-so but we would go back. Went to the cwe location.

My date and I went by Pi last week for the holiday and waited for over an hour for a table. This should have been a sign as to how our evening would go since they didn't have the drinks we wanted, our server was rude, and our pizzas were cold. When the manager asked us how our meal was, we shared these details with us and he seemed to care less.

When I go to a restaurant, I expect the entire experience. Lately I've heard some not so good things about Pi and would rather go somewhere else.

Cornbread with cold tomato sauce with very little toppings....this is not pizza. I hate to slam a new business they try but the truth is the pizza is just bad......sorry

Eh, disregard those negative reviews. I would agree that Pi is geared to the under 30 crowd and the young at heart. If you want quick and boring pizza go somewhere else. It takes time for pizza to be cooked to order. The service so-so, but take it with a grain of salt because the pizza is worth it. Relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
