Join us as we welcome our friends from Boulevard Brewing Company for a 5 specialty beer tasting paired with a 4 course “single on Valentine’s” themed beer dinner with a food menu created by our dark-minded chef John Schwartzbauer.

Welcoming beer: Jam Band – 5.9% - Fruit Ale w/ Blueberries, Raspberries and Tart Cherries

First Course: Fruit and berries dipped in caramel

Second Course: American style Ramen w/ Lemongrass, Braised Pork Meatballs, and Bean Sprouts

Third Course: Detroit Style pizza w/ Pepperoni, Ham, Mushroom, and Red Onion
