Our menu now includes the following specialties: Firinda Kuzu, a slow-cooked, tender, whole-roasted lamb with Mediterranean spices and roasted garlic mashed potatoes. Adana Kebab, a spicy ground lamb kabab grilled on a Turkish sword served with onion salad, tomatoes and rice pilaf. Dana Biftek, a grilled hanger steak in a red-wine reduction sauce, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and sauteed mushrooms and onions. Mixed Grill, a platter of Aya Sofia's most popular grilled items that can be ordered for either one or two people.
