Cranberry-fig chutney
Ingredients
12 oz. bag fresh cranberries1½ cups sugar
1 orange, peeled, chopped and seeded
¾ cup dried figs, chopped
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
1½ Tbsp. fresh ginger, finely chopped
½ tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
• Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over medium-low heat until the sugar dissolves.
• Once the sugar has dissolved, increased the heat and boil 10 minutes, until the cranberries pop.
• Serve at room temperature.
