Union Loafer's Lemon Vinaigrette



Ingredients

1 cup lemon juice
1 cup olive oil
Pinch of kosher salt



Preparation

• Combine all the ingredients in a clean jar with a lid. Seal and shake to emulsify. Refrigerate until ready to use.

• The remaining dressing will keep, covered and refrigerated, up to 2 weeks.
