INGREDIENTS
½ cup red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
½ tsp. dry oregano
½ tsp. dry basil
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1¼ cups canola oil
PREPARATION
• Combine all the ingredients except the oil in a stainless steel bowl. While constantly whisking, slowly incorporate the oil into the mixture.
