INGREDIENTS

4 tsp. rice vinegar
10 tsp. soy sauce
4 tsp. honey
4 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. fish sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ tsp. crushed red-pepper flakes

PREPARATION

•In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.
• Use as a salad dressing or dipping sauce.
