Buttered rum base mix
Ingredients
½ lb. brown sugar1 stick unsalted butter, melted
Pinch ground cinnamon
Pinch ground cloves
Pinch ground allspice
Pinch ground nutmeg (optional)
Splash unspiced rum
Preparation
• Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. The mixture can be used immediately or covered with plastic wrap and refrigerated.
