Ingredients

1 egg white
1 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
½ oz. Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
½ oz. grapefruit juice
¼ oz. orange juice
¼ oz. simple syrup
Splash Prosecco
Amaro-soaked cherry or maraschino cherry for garnish



Preparation

• In a shaker glass filled with ice, combine all ingredients except the Prosecco and cherry.

• Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

• Top with a splash of Prosecco.

• Garnish with the cherry.
