Wine machine is very cool. Tastes are quite pricey though. Food is awful. They need to stick with cheese and fruit plates. Do something about the paint smell as well.

Great and fun place!! I am so glad that Saint Louis has finally opened up to this kind of thing. Great staff and fun atmosphere

I actually found the comment of Fireflyez quite annoying. (Sounds like a jealous competitor.) Anyway, this place is fabulous!!! You can try excellent wines here that would be difficult if not impossible to find offered by the glass at other locations. The employees are wonderful and knowledgeable. The pizza is delicious! It is very roomy - you feel like you are drinking wine at a private party in a hip loft in downtown. The outdoor seating is great too. I am so glad this has opened in St. Louis.

We actually found the concept of Bella Vita quite annoying. Using a card at the self-automated "wine bar" feels a bit like the owner didn't do his/her research as the wine bar assistants try to convince you to vote against any possible legislation(?) that favors no alcohol in vending machines-which is essentially what this place is. What's wrong with having a knowledgeable bartender behind a beautiful wine bar? Wines are pricey by the taste and glass. Appetizers simple, but tasty and fresh.

Great place! We went for lunch and then came back for happy hour last week. Really cool concept but not uptight about it. Staff was wonderful and answered every question. I think I'm going to have an event there too. Makes St. Louis seem cutting edge!
