The best calamari I've ever had. Served with the flash fried spinach and parmesan, it is the stuff dreams are made of.

The service is wonderful, the waitstaff are professional and attentive without being overbearing.
The house risotto is always perfect.
The selection of Italian beers is average.
The atmosphere is very much like a trattoria found in Tuscany.

Trattoria Marcella has great food, a nice atmosphere, and excellent service. It's a favorite place of mine to take out of town guests (even Europeans!).

Took the family for dinner, our first time here, and had an outstanding meal. Mushroom appetizer and house-made pastas were standouts, but everything was very very good - including some great chocolate desserts. Prices are still better than most other high-quality St. Louis places.

This is as good as any food I have ever tried. Classic Italian with a creative twist, amazing service, intimate setting, and very reasonable prices. The special salad is incredible- we second whoever said that on here first!
