I'm with you Fr8shakr03. Went there for dinner. TWO hours later we still had no meal. TWO hours. When I asked for a manager, the ONLY SERVER in the dining room came over. He was the only server in the entire dining room - AND the manager on duty. There were probably 45-50 people in the dining room - 2 big parties - and one server. So loud I couldn't here the person next to me speak. Parties that came in long after us got their food - we - a party of 2 - got no food we finally walked out.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Long long wait time 45 min before order was taken. Lipstick on rim of wine glass, asked waiter for new glass, glass was wiped and returned with now smudged lipstick. Was NOT told dinner specials. Was NOT given bread service. Was served EXPIRED beer. Ordered medium rare strip steak was given medium well. Asked for replacement, WAS BROUGHT BACK SAME STEAK 15 MIN LATER BY MANAGEMENT. DECLINED TO REPLACE. Waiter had no clue about desserts on display plate.

We were very happy with our visit to Sage. Food and service were great. It was a little noisy, but no so much that it caused any problems. The restaurant was quite busy, but the service didn't suffer.
