The Sauce short film, "Independent Risk Takers & Page Makers, Part I" was produced to highlight independent culinary innovators and the 10-year history of Sauce Magazine.
The film includes interviews with Dan Kopman, co-founder of The Saint Louis Brewery; Kevin Nashan, chef-owner of Sidney Street Cafe; and Gerard Craft, chef-owner of the Niche family of restaurants. It also includes scenes from some of St. Louis’ favorite independent restaurants and bars, including Bridge Tap House and Wine Bar, Acero, Truffles and Eleven Eleven Mississippi, among others.
