Sound Bites

Sound Bites is a new series produced by Sauce Magazine & St. Louis Public Radio | 90.7 KWMU about the food, people and trends that make St. Louis a delicious place to live. Whether it's dining out, cooking at home, or growing on the farm, the series will explore the unique flavor of our region.

Sound Bites will air during local programs like Cityscape and St. Louis on the Air. The segments will include sound-rich radio companion pieces to Sauce's monthly print features, in-studio interviews with the Sauce team and story subjects, expert insights and round-table discussions on food trends, as well as other topics that impact listeners and readers.

This new media partnership is a perfect fit. As a radio station that has been on the air for more than 39 years, with an audience of more than 240,000 listeners per week, St. Louis Public Radio is dedicated to the same unique, local spirit that Sauce covers in every issue.

Hear Sound Bites live at http://www.stlpublicradio.org/listen.php at the times listed below, or via your smart phone using the Public Radio Tuner app. Segments will also be available on Sauce Magazine via podcast.
