On August 15, 2005, Sam Kacar opened the doors to Trattoria Branica. Located at Lindbergh and Clayton Road next to the Frontenac Hilton in Le Chateau Village, the restaurant was named in honor of Sam's son Brandon and daughter Monica.

Trattoria Branica is open seven nights a week and serves lunch from Monday through Friday, with a moderately priced menu and comprehensive wine list that attracts a wide-ranging clientele. Signature dishes include homemade pasta, hand crafted desserts and soups made entirely from scratch. The restaurant also offers complimentary delivery to a limited area.

Sam personally works the floor of Trattoria Branica each day at lunch and dinner, while chef Pepe Proffeta is in charge of the kitchen. Join us for an unforgettable Italian meal.
