The Scoop: Hollyberry Catering to open Nourish, a cafe and market

021115_nourish   Hollyberry Catering is giving St. Louisians a permanent source for its catered fare with a new retail space and cafe concept. Nourish by Hollyberry is set to open at 10037 Manchester Road in Warson Woods this spring. Hollyberry president Holly Cunningham said the 5,000-square-foot location will house offices, tasting rooms, an event space, a market and a 25-seat cafe, which will serve dine-in, carryout and delivery lunch options Monday through Saturday. Menu items will include boxed lunches, sandwiches, salads and soups, along with wine and craft beer selections. After grabbing lunch, customers can stop by the market to pick up grab-and-go prepared meals and house-made and locally sourced artisanal items like chocolates and Billy Goat chips. “We’ve had people asking for this a long time, and I’ve been considering it for almost four years now,” Cunningham said. “It’s great being a caterer, but there is no walk-in traffic. Retail will allow us face-to-face time with our customers.” Cunningham added that all Hollyberry Catering services will remain the same. To help fund the construction of this new space, Hollyberry has started an Indiegogo crowd-funding campaign that will run through March 11.
