3 more St. Louis food events to devour this weekend

There a plenty of ways to dig in this weekend from progressive dinners in Lafayette Square to a kilted Burns Night celebration. Here are three more events for those still peckish:

1. Schlafly Winter Farmers Market
Shop greens, turnips, scallions and other fresh produce from local famers growing midwinter, as well as local meats and cheeses, baked goods and other specialty products.

2. Cajun Cook-Off
Join Sugarfire Smoke House in Soulard Market Park as chefs demo Cajun and Creole cuisine, while amateur chefs battle it out with their favorite New Orleans' recipes. Admission to this 21-and-older event includes lunch and an open bar of Hurricanes and Bus Light. Tickets available online and at the door.

3. Charleville Winter Luau
Enjoy an all-you-can-eat pig roast and sides with tropical guest taps from local breweries. The first pint is included in the price of admission, and be on the lookout for a special frozen drink from Narwhal’s Crafted Urban Ice. Tickets available online.
