After a year off due to the pandemic, Sauce Magazine is thrilled to announce the return of Saucy Soirée, the grand tasting party for the annual Sauce Readers’ Choice issue. This year’s event will take place from 3 to 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 18, at the historic Union Station in downtown St. Louis.

The Saucy Soirée will feature over 40 Readers’ Choice winners, including restaurants, bars, breweries, wineries and more. Participating vendors like Schlafly Beer, Grace Meat + Three, Made. by Lia, Taco Circus and more will offer samples of their award-winning menus. Tickets include two signature boozy drinks, and a cash bar will be open throughout the event. Attendees can also pick up their own copy of the Readers’ Choice issue to view a complete list of this year’s winners.

“The intent is to celebrate the hardworking industry and professionals that give so much to our community,” said Allyson Mace, publisher and founder of Sauce Magazine. “Many of the vendors I haven't seen in over a year. I am thrilled that they are still here.”

In addition to food and beverage tastings, there will be live music from groovy-electronica band Dawn Weber and the Electro Funk Assembly. The event will follow current Covid-19 protocols

Tickets are available online until 11 a.m. July 18 and at the door.
