L’Ecole Culinaire, CIA, South Tech, Forest Park CC, and the school of hard knocks.
How did you get to where you are?
We all have a passion for food and the culinary arts. We have worked together throughout St. Louis and have formed an all star line-up to produce some of the newest, hippest trends in St. Louis.
New things going on in your restaurant:
A new farm-to-table spring menu at Commonwealth and the re-opening of ArtBAR atop the Angad Arts Hotel for the season.

Grilled elk, Vadouvan chicken curry, pheasant, and beanies & weenies

Some of us have worked on cruise ships, we love our guns, and we have a 300 bowler.
