Neon Greens and Little Fox team up for 5-course dinner in St. Louis

The event is the first in the Harvest Series collaboration dinners

St. Louis culinary scene newcomer Neon Greens, which grows its various types of lettuce in an on-site greenhouse, is teaming up with Little Fox to host a five-course dinner at its location at 4176 Manchester Ave. in the Grove on Monday, Sept. 9. More dinners in Neon Greens' new Harvest Series will be announced soon.

“We’re excited to partner with Little Fox to launch this dinner series, celebrating community, collaboration, and the freshest ingredients,” Neon Greens owner Josh Smith said in a release. “This event is more than just a meal – it’s about coming together with our friends in the industry to enjoy the best of what we grow and create. By allowing guests to hand-pick their own lettuce and experience the journey from farm to table, we’re making this dinner a true celebration of partnership and all things fresh. With Little Fox’s culinary creativity, the menu honors our shared commitment to quality and local flavors.”

In all five courses, you’ll find some of Neon Greens hyper-fresh greens grown in the hydroponic farm. Dishes include a lamb carpaccio hand roll and whipped goat cheese raviolo. There will also be optional wine pairings, along with an NA pairing option, both for an additional cost.

Tickets are available online for four time slots: 5 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
