Fresh Summer Cooking Class
All of us here at Vom Fass are very pleased to announce the return of Chef Brandie Wininger! Chef Brandie has been leading a series of fun and informative demonstration cooking classes over the last couple of years and is returning for the latest session on Thursday, August 1st from 6-8pm.
Event attendees will enjoy a complimentary aperitif made with their choice of Vom Fass liqueur while Chef Brandie walks through the preparation of five delicious, summery dishes. This is a great way to enjoy some delicious food as well as learn some new ways to use your favorite Vom Fass products. Guests will also (and most importantly!) dine on each dish as well! The menu for this class includes:
Radishes with Bacon Butter and Vom Fass Cafe de Paris Dip served with crackers
Heirloom Tomato Topped with Melon Salad with Vom Fass Bear's Garlic Pesto
Grilled Cocoa Chile Rubbed Flank Steak served with Vom Fass Chimichurri Blend
Vom Fass Porcini Risotto with Asparagus Tips
Chocolate Chunk Candied Orange Cookies
