Cedar Lake Cellars' Brunch with Santa
Cedar Lake Cellars, a year-round winery and event venue, will host Brunch with Santa on Sundays, Dec. 1 and Dec. 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Santa will arrive at 11 a.m. and stay until 2 p.m. Cedar Lake Cellars is located at 11008 Schreckengast Rd. in Wright City, Mo.
Cedar Lake Cellars will hold a toy drive, as well as a canned food drive at the brunches to benefit HOPE Ministries, a food pantry which is part of First Baptist Church of Wentzville, Mo.
Brunch includes a wide variety of adult and kid-friendly food featuring pancakes, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, applewood smoked bacon, hash brown casserole, mac and cheese, chicken tenders, jumbo chilled shrimp, dessert bar, fresh fruits and salads, and more. Drinks include hot chocolate for the children and a glass of Cedar Lake Cellars wine, a mimosa or sangria for the adults.
Reservations are required for the brunch, which is $28.99 per adult, $13.99 for children 12 and under, and free for children five and under. The Brunch with Santa celebration is one of the few times during the year the winery is open to those younger than 21 years of age.
