Black Anthology: Masquerade
Black Anthology, Washington University’s oldest cultural show, is proud to present this year’s production: Masquerade.
Black Anthology is an entirely student-run production with the show being written, choreographed, directed, and produced entirely by Wash U undergraduates. The production provides a platform for students to shed light on the issues faced by Black students, as well as the Black community as a whole. Topics covered have ranged from police brutality to the history and nuance of Black Theatre to sexual assault. Masquerade focuses on current issues and unhealthy dynamics that are being faced by the Black community.
