Grant’s Farm Hosts First-Ever Food and Beer Pairing Experience

January 30, midnight

Grant's Farm - Carriage House and Bauernhof Tent (314) 843-1700

Good news for all the food and beer lovers out there! Grant’s Farm is hosting its first-ever Food and Beer Pairing Experience on Thursday, January 30, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

As an introduction to Grant’s Farm’s new monthly beer and food pairing dinners, guests will experience a culinary spin on familiar football favorites by the Farm’s very own Chef Sam Niemann. Each month’s Food and Beer Pairing Experience will have a different theme to highlight the season with dishes expertly prepared with and paired with a variety of beers from Anheuser-Busch.

“Adding new experiences to Grant’s Farm in our off-season gives visitors even more reasons to come and enjoy the Farm, without having to wait until the summer months,” says Chef Sam Niemann. “Our new monthly food and beer pairings provide guests with a unique culinary journey that highlights the versatility of our beers both as an ingredient and a complement to the dishes, all set in the beautiful background of the Bauernhof.”

January’s Food and Beer Pairing Experience menu features several football favorites, including:
• Bavarian Pretzels complemented with Budweiser-infused pub cheese
• Creamy Budweiser beer cheese soup
• Comforting Budweiser chili
• A build-your-own nacho bar with gourmet toppings
• A slider action station, where guests can create their own custom sliders
• An assortment of cookies and ice cream, including oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip cookies, and chocolate and vanilla ice cream

This month’s Food and Beer Pairing experience is buffet-style, allowing guests to mingle while experiencing the historic Bauernhof. Each station will offer guests suggested pairings of Anheuser-Busch beers, including the brand new Bud Light Seltzers, Budweiser, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Goose Island IPA, Shock Top Belgian White and seasonal brews which include, Breckenridge Brewery Vanilla Porter, Elysian Split Shot Espresso Milk Stout – which is brewed with Stumptown Coffee for a deliciously smooth, very Northwest beer – and, all the way from California in honor of the big game, Golden Road Wolf Pup IPA – a classic session IPA, featuring a light body with hints of tropical fruit and citrus.

Alongside the delicious food and beer pairings, guests can enjoy special live music from Butch Moore throughout the evening. Tickets for the experience are limited, so it is recommended that guests book early. Those interested can purchase their tickets online at GrantsFarm.com for $50 per person.

For visitors who cannot make it to this month’s inaugural pairing dinner, Grant’s Farm will be hosting monthly Food and Beer Pairing Experiences through April. Each dinner will take place on the last Thursday of the month, and will feature a special theme, live entertainment and, of course, delicious food and beer.
