Courageous Aging: Your Best Years Ever Reimagined

Dr. Ken Druck, author and media expert, will host two programs in St. Louis based on his best-selling book, COURAGEOUS AGING: Your Best Years Ever, Reimagined. The first event will take place on Wednesday, September 26th, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Ken will lead “Aging Courageously – A Community Conversation,” with a distinguished panel of authors and experts which includes Bob Chapman, President/CEO, Barry-Wehmiller Companies; Paul Weiss, President and CEO of Oasis; Jay Greenberg, National Council on Aging, and many others. After brief comments on facing the challenges and opportunities of getting older, there will be a lively community conversation. The fee for this event is $9.00 and it will be held Maryland Heights Community Center at 2300 McKelvey Rd, Maryland Heights, MO.
The second event will take place on Thursday, September 27th. Join Dr. Druck for a day-long Courageous Aging workshop from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm at the Center of Clayton located at 50 Gay Avenue in Clayton, MO.
Topics include:
Overcoming age-related fears and changes that weigh heavily on our hearts and hold us back; Harvesting newfound opportunities for emotional freedom, joy, humility and peace; and so much more.
