Southside Chili Cook-Off & Safety Expo

Eight Southside neighborhoods will be competing for the title of Southside Chili Champion. The list of participants includes: Joey B’s (The Hill), Bobby’s Place (Southwest Garden), Chris’ Pancake & Dining (Clifton Heights), Southtown Pub (North Hampton), Rivers Edge Social (Lindenwood Park), The Mack (SoHa), Salt + Smoke (Saint Louis Hills) and Dos Reyes (Princeton Heights).

Attendees may purchase a chili tasting pass for $10 (kids 10 & under $5). Tasting passes include a taste of each neighborhood’s chili and one vote for the Southside Chili Champion.

The SLMPD's Real Time Crime Center will be on hand with their mobile unit and live street camera demonstrations.
Vendors of safety products and services will display their goods.
Admission to the Safety Expo is free. Noon - 3:30 pm.
