Open-faced Tomato Sandwich
Ingredients
1 slice Companion brand Miller’s Five Grain bread1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Slices of assorted tomatoes (such as Green Zebra, Cherokee Purple and Sungold)
Pinch of Maldon sea salt flakes
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
• Toast the bread.
• Slather it with a layer of high-quality mayonnaise.
• Pile it with tomato slices.
• Sprinkle with sea salt flakes and freshly cracked black pepper.
