Sangria

Sangria
Summer officially ends this month, but the weather in St. Louis never quite seems to take its cue from the calendar. Warm days are still upon us and when you’re hosting that get-together outside on the deck, nothing comes together more quickly than a pitcher of sangria. This party punch served up at Mojo stays light on carbonation and heavy on fresh fruit flavor. Looking to re-create the restaurant’s best-selling drink come cool weather? A simple cinnamon stick will do the trick.

1 bottle red wine (Burgundy or cabernet sauvignon)
½ oz. brandy
½ oz. triple sec
½ oz. peach schnapps
½ oz. blood orange liqueur (such as Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur*)

1 oz. raspberry purée
1 oz. cranberry juice
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. fresh lime juice
