For foodies everywhere, a meal where you can try a little bit of everything reigns supreme. Here are a few tasting menus we love that offer you the chance to try a small portion of several dishes.

Chao Baan If the season finale of White Lotus has you craving Thai food, look no further. Chao Baan in the Grove has launched a limited-time tasting menu showcasing Thailand’s Issan and Pak Thai regions. For $45, two diners can share two appetizers and two entrees served family-style: gai tod, crispy marinated chicken wings served hat yai–style with fried shallots and a sweet chili dipping sauce; sai grog, a grilled Issan pork sausage paired with fresh cabbage, cucumber, ginger, and jalapeños; kua kling, a fiery southern dry curry layered with bell peppers, lemongrass and lime leaves; and khao tod nam sod, a crispy rice salad tossed with pork sausage, ginger, cilantro, and tangy fish sauce. This tasting experience is only available through April 13, so head there ASAP to taste this rainbow of Thai food. 4087 Chouteau Ave., #5, St. Louis, chaobaanstl.com Credit: photo by Meera Nagarajan

Pavilion at Sado Nick Bognar’s latest venture takes place behind Sado, his new(ish) restaurant on the Hill. It’s an 18-course, Thai-inspired omakase experience in an intimate, custom-built wood and glass-enclosed pavilion in the back of the Sado property. Here, Bognar combines his skills in Japanese, Thai and Southeast Asian cuisine and features his extensive dry-aged fish program, taking you on a journey through different types of nigiri and much more. Seating is extremely limited and reservations get snapped up almost immediately once released, so keep an eye on Pavilion’s social media for updates and your chance to try this unique experience.   5201 Shaw Ave., St. Louis, 314.390.2883, sado-stl.com Credit: photo courtesy of Pavilion
Acero This Italian hotspot in the heart of Maplewood is one of our favorite restaurants in town. While you can order full-size dishes, the four-course tasting menu here is the way to go. The menu rotates, but our favorite dishes on a recent visit included the mixed greens salad, the tagliolini ai funghi, the egg raviolo, the rib-eye, the chicken Milanese, and the affogato al caffe for dessert. 7266 Manchester Road, Maplewood, acero-stl.com Credit: photo by Carmen Troesser
