As first reported by St. Louis Magazine’s George Mahe, BlackFinn American Grille will be opening a location at the St. Louis Galleria. The BlackFinn family of restaurants includes BlackFinn American Grille – there is currently one location in Jacksonville, Fla., with a Houston spot slated to open this fall – as well as nine BlackFinn American Saloons scattered primarily throughout the eastern half of the country.
The fine dining restaurant serves contemporary American fare for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. According to spokesperson Sammy Eanes, the menu at all BlackFinn American Grille locations will be similar and share the same signature dishes, though each will have a few dishes unique to its location based on fresh ingredients that are available locally.
The St. Louis location will occupy some 9,500 square feet, divided into two main dining areas plus a bar area called The Saloon that will offer nearly 20 flat-panel televisions for the sports crowd and an outdoor patio.
BlackFinn American Grille is scheduled to open in late September at The Galleria in Brentwood.
