INGREDIENTS

2 to 3 cups chopped turkey
3 cups cooked cannellini or Great Northern beans
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup frozen corn
1 4.5-oz. can chopped green chiles, drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. adobo sauce
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
4 cups chicken broth
6 oz. sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese, chopped avocado, chopped cilantro and lime wedges, for serving

PREPARATION

• In a slow cooker, combine the chopped turkey, cannellini or Great Northern beans, onion, corn, green chiles, garlic, adobo sauce, cumin, chili powder and dried oregano. 

• Add the chicken broth and stir. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. 

• Stir in the sour cream, adjust seasonings and serve with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped avocado, chopped cilantro and lime wedges.
