Now that The Cheshire hotel at 6300 Clayton Road is back in business, the boutique hotel’s revamped pub is following suit. The Fox & Hounds Tavern is slated to open tomorrow, offering a small plates menu to accompany that yard of ale or whiskey of choice. Among the fare, you’ll find standard English pub delights like bangers and mash or fish and chips but also some twists on traditional favorites like a trio of lamb sliders and Liverpool wings tossed with New Castle Brown Ale hot sauce. Patrons can enjoy lunch, dinner or a late-night nosh in the comfort of the restored tavern, in the outdoor courtyard or on the poolside terrace.
