Gragnani’s Bistro, a restaurant and catering company in St. Peters, has recently downsized. According to owner Beth Bruening, the establishment, located just south of Interstate 70 at 235 Jungermann Road, now claims just three suites instead of five, with seating capacity for 65 in the dining area, plus another handful at the bar.
Gragnani’s operating hours have also changed. Rather than opening at 7 a.m. for breakfast, the establishment now opens daily at 10 a.m. for lunch – look for some new items including a handful of specialty 12-inch pizzas – and remains open until 1 a.m. Previously, the Italian bar and grill closed its doors at 8 p.m.
