Signs point toward the recent closure of barbecue restaurant Sir’s, located at 6714 Olive Blvd., in University City. Last Friday, The Scoop noticed that lights were out in the restaurant and doors were locked during the hours of operation posted on the front door. In addition, a sign on a post, which had previously been used to promote specials, was blank. Calls to and messages left on the phone number listed on the restaurant’s website have gone unanswered. More as we learn it.
