Muddle the apple and honey in a shaker.
Add the vodka, blueberry syrup and lemon juice. Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a skewer threaded with fresh blueberries.

1½ oz. Mastermind vodka
