INGREDIENTS
4 oz. bourbon or rye whiskey
2 oz. sweet vermouth
4 dashes Angostura bitters
4 lemon twist
PREPARATION
Pour 1 ounce whiskey, œ ounce vermouth and 1 dash bitters into each of 4 shot glasses. Twist 1 lemon peel, express the oils into a shot and discard the twist. Repeat to make 3 more shots. Toast to the town; down the shot.
