INGREDIENTS

1 grapefruit, sliced
1 lime, sliced
6 oz. honey
3 oz. warm water
1 750-ml. bottle Appleton Estate rum
8 oz. Averna Amaro
8 oz. grapefruit juice
8 oz. lime juice

PREPARATION

• The night before, add the grapefruit and lime slices to a 1-pint container. Fill with water, cover and freeze overnight.
• In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and warm water to make honey syrup.
• In a large punch bowl, combine the rum, Averna, grapefruit and lime juices and 8 ounces honey syrup. Stir to combine.
• Add the ice block just before serving.
