One of St. Louis’ favorite food trucks, Farmtruk, has been announced as the latest food partner to join Busch Stadium just ahead of the Cardinals’ home opener next Thursday, April 4.

The St. Louis-based and woman-owned truck has made a mark on the local food scene, including as a regular vendor at Sauce Food Truck Friday, which returns to Tower Grove Park on Friday, April 26, and will feature FarmTruk at the debut event this season.

The farm-to-table food truck is known for its scratch-made comfort food menu with a focus on local ingredients, with many popular dishes such as the brisket mac and cheese, a spin on a Reuben, jalapeno popper sliders and gooey butter cakes galore.

In addition to Food Truck Friday, chef-owner Samantha Mitchell brings her food truck to more than 200 events a year in the St. Louis area, which can be found on their website and social media @farmtrukstl.

“Partnering with Busch Stadium and the St. Louis Cardinals is a dream come true for us,” Mitchell said in a release. “As a St. Louis chef and business owner, we pride ourselves on showcasing the rich flavors and culinary traditions of St. Louis while being a strong local food partner. We are thrilled for this next opportunity and couldn’t be more excited to share our creations with Cardinals fans.”

Look for Farmtruk in section 428 in the Budweiser terrace of Busch Stadium. You can also find the vendor in section 328 at Enterprise Center and sections 108 and 140 at CityPark Stadium.

“We are committed to providing Cardinals fans with an exceptional dining experience that celebrates the best of St. Louis cuisine,” Mitchell said in the release. “From our scratch-made comfort food to our rotating seasonal offerings, there’s something for everyone to enjoy in the Budweiser terrace at Busch Stadium.”
