A long-running cannabis-friendly comedy and dinner showcase is entering a new chapter in the Delmar Loop. Best Medicine, the flagship event from St. Louis Cannabis Club, has relocated to The Church on Delmar, a private, consumption-compliant venue located above Swade Dispensary at 6166 Delmar Blvd.

The monthly event, held every third Friday, blends live stand-up comedy with curated food, beverage and cannabis experiences. Doors open at 7 p.m., with dinner service beginning shortly thereafter, followed by the comedy showcase at 8 p.m. The next event takes place this Friday, Feb. 20.

Now in its fifth year, Best Medicine has built its reputation on pairing entertainment with compliant cannabis hospitality. The newly renovated, 2,344-square-foot Church on Delmar offers expanded space and positions the series in one of the region’s most active cultural corridors.

Each ticket includes complimentary tastings from Sinse Cannabis and 4 Hands Cannabis Co., the THC beverage venture from St. Louis-based 4 Hands Brewing Co. The non-alcoholic infused drinks represent a new frontier for the brewery, and Best Medicine is among the first recurring events in the city to feature them regularly.

Beyond the tastings, the evening includes a rotating lineup of regional stand-up comedians, can-NA beverage service, and full dinner options available for purchase. Food is provided by STL Space Treats, the concept from chef Jermasa Johnson known for infused soul food and desserts. Bar service will features a craft cocktail program similar to what’s available at the Cola Lounge.

Attendees are also automatically entered to win tickets to Elevated Easel, a weekly cannabis-friendly paint experience hosted on Saturdays at Cola Lounge.

The showcase is part of a broader network of programming from St. Louis Cannabis Club, including its Puff Puff Passport, a free digital loyalty program connecting cannabis consumers to participating businesses throughout the region via QR-based rewards and promotions. The organization also hosts the annual Green Light District 4/20 Celebration, a multi-day festival featuring comedy, live music, yoga, and interactive experiences.

Best Medicine continues its monthly run at The Church on Delmar, offering a compliant space where comedy, hospitality and cannabis culture intersect.Tickets are available at colalounge.com. Use code SECRETSAUCE for $10 off admission.
