Imo’s Pizza has done just that with the Honey Trap pizza, a limited time riff on its classic square cut pie. Instead of tucking the pepperoni beneath Provel, this one crowns the cheese with crispy, cupping slices that curl and char at the edges. A drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey Extra Hot brings the sweet heat, landing somewhere between comfort food and a little culinary plot twist. It is available at all locations for a limited run through April, so get it while the gettin’s good.
