A new collaboration between STL Bucket List and Fitz’s Root Beer Co. is putting a charitable spin on some of the city’s most recognizable flavors.

Available throughout April, the limited-time Bucket List menu brings together five St. Louis-inspired items, with 10 percent of proceeds benefiting Pedal the Cause. Funds raised will support research efforts at Siteman Cancer Center and St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

The menu leans heavily into local collaborations, incorporating ingredients and brands familiar to many St. Louisans, including Red Hot Riplets and Dad’s Original Scotch Oatmeal Cookie. The result is a lineup designed to feel both nostalgic and over-the-top, from savory comfort food to dessert-driven drinks.

Among the featured items is a Toasted Ravioli Burger, which reimagines the city’s signature appetizer in sandwich form. Other offerings include Red Hot Riplets Cheesy Fries, a Bucket List Brat, a Gooey Butter Dirty Soda topped with a mini square of gooey butter cake, and a “So St. Louis” float finished with a Dad’s cookie.

According to Fitz’s marketing and digital manager Hadley Alter, the collaboration was rooted in a desire to celebrate the city through its food while creating something new for customers. As a St. Louis-born brand, she noted, partnering with STL Bucket List offered a natural way to spotlight local flavors and businesses in a single menu. “We couldn’t be happier to work with Luke, the STL Bucket List team and Pedal to Cause to make it happen,” she said.

Alter also emphasized that the charitable component sets the promotion apart. By tying the limited-run menu to Pedal the Cause, the team aimed to give customers a way to support cancer research while enjoying the experience. “Most importantly, you’re doing good while you’re eating good,” she said.

The Bucket List Menu is available for a limited time at Fitz’s Delmar Loop and South County locations through the end of April.
